Bug#354537: lmodern: lmtypewriter10 is unexpectedly all-caps

In Gnome font preferences, LMTypewriter10 Regular 
is the same as CapsRegular.  Also OSF seem to be the default for all 
Typewriter styles which, to me, is typographically strange, especially 
in the context of a terminal font...
