My packages are marked "unstable", not "experimental".

It's a good tip: I'll change it right away in the changelog.

I forgot to upload -3... If there's an absent-minded person in the
mailing list, then it's me. :D
I'll upload it probably tomorrow.
About the fonts: I will try providing the .pfb files with names
different from those of "thailatex", and see whether dvips can use the
config.* files correctly or not.
