<login>-<foo>@d.o gets forwarded to whatever is listed in
.forward-<foo> in <login>'s home directory on master.d.o.  That's how
the old tetex CVS announcements worked: they were sent to an account
called jdg-tetex-cvs@debian.org (although I don't remember why I did
it like that any longer).
