I've found it and checked the code: The vulnerable code
(fofi/FoFiTrueType.cc) is only called from the interactive code
(xpdf/PShOutputDev.cc and xpdf/SplashOutputDev.cc), which is not
included in pdfTex/teTeX. 

So teTeX is not affected.
