Okay, so that's a problem with my Gnus displaying/saving inline
attachments.

Well, since I have neither MinionPro nor Frutiger, I used lmodern as a
Type1 font with a \usepackage line, of which I knew it worked on my
system.

Oh, shi^W.  That means that it is bfrutiger.sty which loads all that
amsmath stuff.  I'll try to dig through it.

Can you please also answer the questions about those pgc files?

Yes, the bug logs are not the problem.  But some messages don't get
forwarded from the bug log to the maintainer, which is, in this case,
the mailing list.  It seems none of _my_ messages to bugs get forwarded
because of the encoded ü in my From; why yours don't/didn't get
forwarded I don't know.
