Actually yes. I would think about this if the package is *really* big
and including it two times in the debian archive would be a bad thing.
But since feynmf is not that big, I don't see this problem.

Depends on in which units you count ;-)

Anyway. Leave it like it is ATM. I will finally check most packages
(once if I find time) and if they are ok and working with TeXLive, I
probably will file a bug to inclide a | texlive-XXXX and kick out the
respective package.
