tex-common and developer scripts

Hi all!

On the debian-user-german list there was some email exchange about
tex-common pulling in a whole bunch of stuff for developer (via
debhelper you get dpkg-dev dh_make and gcc and kernel etc etc etc).

The consent was to put the dh_installtexfonts into a separate package,
maybe tex-common-dev or something else.

Please give me your suggestions and I will implement it. I would say we
leave it in the source tex-common package, but create a package
	dh_texfonts
of so from the tex-common sources.
