Yes. Otherwise, it prints messages that are only useful when run
manually by admins.

Yes; this part was only temporarily removed from my working copy. I'm
impressed you noticed that. :)

That was indeed the difficult question, because the explanation is a bit
lengthy. I chose to mention mostly just operational,
do-this-and-it-will-work stuff in the enumlist, and reserve the longer
explanation for the end of the section.
