When upgrading code has been changed, you shouldn't only test new
installs. There was some Perl code (or whatever...) in the shell
skripts:
$oldname = /usr/share/texmf/web2c/$cfgfile
$newname = /usr/share/texmf/web2c/$cfgfile.pre-upgrade
doesn't work in shell ;-)
