Bug#269416: tetex-extra postinst lacks debconf loading

Ah, of course when updmap fails, the same will happen (we try to display
a warning with debconf).

What we need to debug this is the output of a couple of commands:

debconf-show tetex-bin
egrep '^TEXMF|^VARTEXMF' /etc/texmf/texmf.cnf
kpsewhich texmf.cnf
ls -l /usr/share/texmf/web2c/texmf.cnf
kpsewhich --format='web2c files' updmap.cfg
ls -l /var/lib/texmf/web2c
