Bug#269416: tetex-extra postinst lacks debconf loading

Leaving some spanish strings, seems clear enough:

/var/lib/dpkg/info/tetex-extra.postinst: line 50: db_subst: command not
found
dpkg: error al procesar tetex-extra (--configure):
...

Looking at /var/lib/dpkg/info/tetex-extra.postinst I see that the debconf
loading lines are missing in that file

# Use debconf.
. /usr/share/debconf/confmodule || exit
db_version 2.0

I am really surprised that this problem seems to not have been yet reported.
