Bug#247046: The mesh of the catalan hyph file

No need to do this - Hilmar and I, and the debian-tetex-maint
mailinglist get all mail send to the bugnumber. And Thomas need not be
involved, too, because cahyph.tex is included in the upcoming release of
3.0 which he is currently preparing. So please take him out upon further
replies.

Debian sarge will probably ship with tetex-2.0, at least if the voting
on the General Resolutions regarding sarge release, that is currently
done, ends as I expect.

The problem is that we as Debian teTeX maintainers just take an upstream
teTeX release and do the packaging, the integration into the Debian
system, and a lot of user support. We usually cannot afford the time to
add packages, files or whatever, because if we do it once, everybody
would come and we'd probably have requests to package the complete CTAN
in Debian's teTeX.

The usual answer would be "no". However, I think in this case we can
make an exception: We are about to prepare a new tarball for the source
package. This is necessary because we still have some non-free files in
the tarball of the source package (not in the *deb of the binary
package). While doing this, we are planning to re-add some files that we
removed from the original tarball because of bad licenses. And while
we're at it, I think we can as well add hyphenation files that just
happened to be removed in the 2.0.2 tarball by Thomas, but were there in
1.0 and will be in 3.0.
