reassigning this to you.
Note that this bug was set to grave with the justification "If this is a
bug in the package, it's RC". It seems now that it isn't in our package,
but still not caused by a user's unwise choice, but by the
installer. Please feel free to adjust the severity if you object.

I don't know of any, and 13 Mbyte for /tmp really seems low for me -
also keep in mind that downloaded stuff from the web that is to be
opened by external applications is stored here. And pdf files, graphics
or whatever can have several MB per file.
