There was an article about typesetting of "Fraktur" in "Die TeXnische
Komödie" recently, we should really consult it. Ah, yes, it was

We are currently kind of busy, both with testing the new upstream beta
and with the release process for sarge. Wishlist bugs like this one will
be resolved much faster if the submitters help us - in this case it
would be really great if you could contact the upstream developers and
clarify the license problem. If he/she hasn't thought about it, I'd
recommend "LPPL v1.3 or newer" for a LaTeX package.
As for the DTK article, I'll try to dig out the issue and have a look.
