Bug#269930: tetex-bin: pdflatex complains of missing fonts and uses a different (uglier) font

How could a package then make sure that its map files are included? When
it is installed, it can use "--enable my.map". But when the next font
package is installed, it will call updmap again, this time with
"--enable next.map", and my.map will be lost.

Or what am I missing?
