I found a way to solve this: I just de-installed all tetex-packages and
packages that depend on them. Then I installed them back but I installed
cm-super by hand to /usr/local/share/texmf and not as Debian-package.
I have a file cat /etc/texmf/updmap.d/99local.cfg and it looks like
this:
Map bera.map
Map cm-lgc.map
Map hfbright.map
Map uaq.map
Map ugq.map
Map webo.map
MixedMap cm-super-t1.map
MixedMap cm-super-ts1.map
MixedMap cm-super-t2a.map
MixedMap cm-super-t2b.map
MixedMap cm-super-t2c.map
MixedMap cm-super-x2.map
Map juhtolv.map
That file /etc/texmf/dvips/juhtolv.map has just one line:
tap Tapir <tap.pfb
After editing those two files I needed to run these two commands:
update-updmap
updmap
That's it. Maybe that crappy Debian-package of cm-super fscked up
things. Now pdflatex embeds just Type 1-fonts. Also Computer Modern
Bright in my Master's Thesis is in Type 1 -format, because it is taken
from cm-super -fonts.
