Bug#131554: marked as done (tetex-bin: doesn't install; can't find config file for pdftex (pdftex.cfg))

Trying to apt-get install tetex-bin/testing, and I get the following
error:

teTeX setup utility
Could not find default config file for pdftex (pdftex.cfg).
The programm[sic] will exit now.
