Thomas, what do you think about it? The amsltx distribution is
inconsistent in that it does _not_ distribute just the source, but the
generated *sty and *cls and some dvi files along with it; however if
they chose to do so, we can just accept this.

Will you include more compiled documentation in the next tetex releases?
Would it be a good idea to add a dvi or pdf target to the Makefile in
tetex-texmf-2.0.2/doc/? Unfortunately, this would depend on a working
LaTeX installation.
