Bug#206568: tetex-doc: Documentation for amscd.sty is missing
Dear LaTeX project team,
in the Debian tetex package we have found a documentation error. Thomas
Esser, the maintainer of tetex, said that this bug comes from upstream,
namely the amslatex package. Therefore it seems it's your
responsibility, please see the latexbug.msg below.

amscd.sty are included, but not the documentation generated from
