Yeah, I know.  :-P In part, I couldn't quite figure out how we
could remove it without modifying the upsteam source.  That is,
the orig.tar.gz file would still contain the problem files; all we
could do would be remove them from the binary-all file.

In any case, I hope this will all be moot soon, as most of the
files have been relicensed, and those that haven't been are no
longer part of teTeX upstream (or the TeX Live release).
