You should always CC the bug submitter since mail to nnnn@bugs.d.o
does not go to the submitter.  Junichi Uekawa is rebuilding all
packages in order to check if they build from source.

You probably have debian/restore-symlinks in the Debian specific diff
file.  Diff files don't contain information about permissions so this
file is not executable.  Therefore, you can either execute it with
"sh file" or do a "chmod +x file; file".
