Package: tetex-doc
Version: 1.0-10
Severity: wishlist

A lot of the tetex documentation files are in gzipped dvi format. This
is not really handy, because xdvi cannot read gzipped dvi files. Could
you please either not compress the dvi files, or provide compressed
ps files instead (gv can read compressed files)?

Thanx.

Ah, great. I didn't know of the existence of this tool.
It would be really nice if xdvi could also decompress on the fly,
though. If I have some spare time, I'll see if I can come up with a
wrapper script to accomplish this.
