I think I can understand your points but I have one thing
to request to the Debian teTeX maintainers.

I am new to this mailing lists so do not know much about
this mailing lists but I feel that the Debian teTeX maintainers
should express their policy and/or give us much more information
about maintainance of teTeX packages.

I asked about splitting tetex-extra packages and including
settings of BlueSky fonts to dvips in this mailing lists but
I get no response at all.

Please see;

I do not care if the Debian teTeX maintainers have a policy
that they never split tetex-* packages nor they never include
settings for BlueSky fonts but I wish to know how they think.

I think there are too little information on teTeX in Debian.
Please be open to us more.
