Kernel general protection fault, process nfsd

I'm using Debian/sarge (up-to-date, i386 arch) as a NFS server to a
Solaris-8 client. The hardware is a nForce-based amd64, but the kernel
I'm using is the official deb package for amd64 (32 bit). And
everything else is just stock Debian/sarge.

I got this GPF two days in a row and I'm wondering what it could be.
Usual suspects seem not to be the problem: I checked my RAM with the
latest memtest86+, and I reviewed and even updated the mobo BIOS.
The hard disks are two P-ATA under software raid-1, with ext3.

Listing follows. How could I investigate this further? I'm wondering
whether it would be wiser to get a stock kernel and make my own deb
with make-kpkg, since this mobo may be too recent for the official
Sarge kernel?

TIA
