Hmmm. That gives exactly the same errors. 'dpkg --audit' returns nothing. If I run aptitude interactively I also get the error after "g", but it shows nothing broken after that error is acknowledged. I may try to make a copy of my partition tomorrow or Thursday and do the upgrade for real. Cheers and thanks, Frans
