I don't have one of those particular adapters, but I've got some of
the single-channel variant, and this version works:
tg3.c:v1.5 (March 21, 2003)
tg3: eth0: Link is up at 1000 Mbps, full duplex.
tg3: eth0: Flow control is off for TX and off for RX.
Which is the version in linux 2.4.21.
