setting the clock should be the first thing after reboot

Fellas, say you live in a timezone like mine and like using local
time.

Reboot and when all's ready do
$ ls -ltu /etc/init.d

You see all the files before the one that sets the clock are dated in
the future.

This means that the first thing that should be done upon reboot is
fixing the clock. Sure, in this case one say it doesn't matter much,
but one day it will, say picking files to backup, etc. Anyways, if
you are building the system of the future, then to be accurate, to
tell the truth, to have -tu do what -tu says it does....
