This is a bug in libusb-dev, which needs something like 'Replaces:
libusb0 (<< 1:0.1.5-1)' in order to make upgrades work properly. At
least libusb0 1:0.1.4-2 contained /usr/lib/libusb.la, which has since
moved to libusb-dev.
