I got the same warnings. I just ignored them and carried on and it
seemed the system worked itself out. No more warnings or errors when I
install packages.
I believe that right now most energy is being put towards getting the
boot-floppies working. After, more energy will be devtoed to making
the dist-upgrade transition smoother.
