Local meetings like this can be really useful, particularly for people
to bring some colleagues after work or for new members to just show up

Having the same regular time+place is the most "user friendly" way to
facilitate that - so my feeling is that staggering the meetings (1st
Tuesday ZH, 3rd Tuesday Romandie) may be easier to communicate and also
allow some people to attend two debian.ch meetings/month if they want to
