Here is an announcement for those who have not read the full minutes for
the last meeting:

We already decided that the next meetings will be in Bern (final place
still TBA), on the following dates and with a rough schedule of:
- 2011-11-16 (Wednesday, 16 November 2011)
+ final discussion for the venues (mostly Fiesch, Geneva and
Vaumarcus)
+ sponsors
+ beginning of the formal bid preparation
- 2011-12-05 (Monday, 05 December 2011)
+ finalization of the formal bid
