Bug#459911: openssh-client doesn't install config file on reinstallation
Package: openssh-client
Version: 1:4.3p2-9
when configuration file is lost, and apt-get install --reinstall is invoked,
the install script does not install the config file. Please add check for
existing config file into installation script.
