New SILO version available for testing

Hi,

I've prepared a new version of SILO (1.4.14+git20100130-1) which fixes
an FTBFS and some other bugs/warnings. One change which carries minor
risk is a switch to using default GCC (in this case, gcc-4.4), so if
you are in a position to test the new package, please do. New package
is available from http://www.wooyd.org/silo, I plan to upload it next
weekend if I don't hear about any problems or regressions.

For reference, here's the complete changelog entry for the new
version:

silo (1.4.14+git20100130-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=low
