Problem with network booting of an IPX

When booting woody I see:

boot net
Boot device /sbus/le@,c00000 File and Args
391000
bootmem_init: Scan sp_banks, init_bootmem(spfn[20a],bpfn[392],epfn[4000])
free_bootmem: base[0] size[fef000]
free_bootmem: base[1000000] size[2fb1000]
free_bootmem: base[3fc6000] size[3a000]
reserve_bootmem: base[20a000] size[1871da]
reserve_bootmem: base[0] size[20a000]
reserve_bootmem: base[392000] size[800]
Booting Linux...
mem_init: Calling free_all_bootmem().

with sarge I just see Illegal instruction :-(

And I took these images:
http://ftp.egr.msu.edu/debian/dists/woody/main/disks-sparc/3.0.23-2002-05-21/sun4u/tftpboot.img
http://ftp.egr.msu.edu/debian/dists/sarge/main/installer-sparc/current/images/sparc32/netboot/boot.img

Any hints?

I could boot woody from the floppy, no problem so far, except
that I cannot update. There is always an error during the update
when replacing libc.

Cheers
