sparc developer machines

Hi,

As a part of etch release qualifications [0], sparc must have at least one (preferrably more) developer- and porter- accessible machines. As vore seems to be intermittently down with hardware problems, it is the current showstopper for sparc, as pointed out by Steve Langasek. So, in order to meet this requirement we need some machine(s) and some hosting. It looks like the latter is harder to come by than the former. General requirements for such a machine, outlined by Steve are:

1. Colocated, with a reasonable expectation that the hosting arrangement
is good in the medium-term. Remote console or power control is a plus.

2. A competent local admin.

3. A reliable net connection (in particular, hosting it at home on a
DSL/cable line will not cut it, even though the bandwidth requirements
for it are likely to be much less stringent than for a buildd). It also
should not be too heavily firewalled or proxied.

If you have any ideas on how to arrange something like this, please let the list know.
