I've now heard that the 3.1r0a netinst ISO is buggy, and installing an 3.0 netinst ISO, then dist-upgrade'ing, is more reliable. But I can't find a 3.0 image. Either in the debian archives, the links from old 3.0 install guides, the various mirrors, or just Googling for it.
