Install on Ultra 10

Hello folks. I am having some trouble installing debian on an ultra 10 andan ultra 5. When I try to install Potato from cd, the installation goessmoothly, until it's time to reboot. At this point, the machine (both)begins to boot and never get's past writing SI (from SILO) on the screen.


I get the same results when I try to boot from a woody boot floppy.

Both machines have OpenBoot version 3.19.

Does anyone have any ideas ?
