Is the sparc buildd having problems? /tmp full?

I was verify9ing a brown bag-type fix on vore yesterday, where the newest
octave2.0 (2.0.17-5) built fine manually.  Yet the build fails:

Assembler messages:

Did the machine run out of space on /tmp or something?
