ultras10 install problem

Installing from Debian distribution.
Everything looks ok.
Get to create boot floppy.
Doesn't seem to recognize drive or disk maybe.
Skip to next step which is to reboot system.
Can't find boot kernal.
	Boot device disk:h File and args:
	boot cannot open kernel/unix
	Enter filename: [kernel/unix]:

name of distro: linux central
linux version: 2.2
hardware config: 	ultra10/creator 3d
			440 mhz
			256 RAM 
			using open boot 3.25
