Problems w/ qfe + 2.4.0 + Ultra1

Hello.

Trying to configure more than 1 interface on a qfe card on an Ultra 1 
produces the following messages and the ifconfig fails:

IRQ: Trying to share non-PCI bucket. 
happy_meal(SBUS): Can't order irq 5,7cc to go.                            
     
The results are consistent on linux 2.4.0 and 2.4.1-pre12.

I'm using Debian 2.2 unstable.

I'd like to know if anyone is actually using an SBUS qfe card 
successfully on an Ultra. (Multiple interfaces)
