I found the problem: it comes from binutils 184.108.40.206.23. I upgraded to 2.9.1
then now it works.
I've had similar troubles in packaging libpaper. It seemed there was a bug in
the linker when using a local shared library (like libdpkg, libpaper).
Hopefully it's fixed :-)
If not already done, I will upload, tomorrow morning, the following packages:
(and maybe other packages I will successfully compile today).
