ITP: yh (pkg'd by ygh), Yan Huang Chinese Platform by Red Flag Linux

I hereby announce Debian maintainer-to-be Yu Guanghui's ITP (intention
to package) yh_3.1-1, Yan Huang Chinese Platform by Red Flag Linux.
It is a Chinese console environment similar to chdrv and cce. One of
the special features of yh is its ability to switch between GBK and
Big5 encodings on-the-fly.
Red Flag Linux (http://www.redflag-linux.com/) has generously
released this previously proprietary software under the GNU GPL.
It was written by the team at Red Flag Linux and The Institute of
Software, Chinese Academy of Science (ISCAS) (中国科学院软件研究所)。
I'm sponsoring Yu Guanghui (Saka), so I have uploaded yh to Debian's
incoming on Saka's behalf. :-) It is now in:
