zh_CN 的 X locale 必须设
use_stdc_env False
若为 True，则 GTK+/Gnome 不会显示 GB 字出来。我上星期用了 CLE 的
*.po -> *.mo 转了 GB 码，究竟中文字全不见，原来就是这个 use_stdc_env
在捣蛋。这个 tip 是 chinput 里的说明的（又要谢谢 TLC 三剑侠），
否则我真的毫无头绪。use_stdc_env 有什么功用？我更不知。 ^_^
