sgmltools: v1 and v2

I know very little about DocBook DTD and DSSSL. I should have learn
about them first of all. Thank you for teaching me about difference
of v1 and v2. I read /usr/doc/docbook-stylesheets/index.html now.

hmm, it is future work. May be we (JF people) have to move to do it.
But currently many LDP documents are written using linuxdoc DTD,
and when translating them into Japanese, it is easy to use same dtd.
When we write our original documents, maybe we should try to use
DocBook DTD. Before that, I need the good tutorial ,,,

Oh, I am very glad to read this :) Currently I don't know how to use jade,
but I hope that I can use it to create my documents.

Yes, We need it for our old but useful documents, and for translation of
the current Linuxdoc DTD'd LDP documents.
