Apologies (again!), I didn't look carefully enough.

Turns out I have DSAs and DTSAs filed in the same folder.

The DTSAs have 'clamav' in the subject line.
The DSAs consistently have 'ClamAV' in the subject line.

Sorry to waste your time.  I suppose I'll take this to the DTSA folks,
if I haven't already reached them here ... ?
