Kernel 2.4.x with racoon support (ipsec-tools)

Hi all,

 Whre I can find kernel 2.4.x patched to use with
ipsec-tools (racoon) for woody ??? Is it possible to
patch with grsecurity/RSBAC and use in conjuction with
ipsec-tools ???
