Hi,
I received some mails with the question if it's possible to vote when you
aren't german citizens...
I read the hole page but I didn't find any remarks that this where not
allowed for non-germans...
In addition, there is an english version of the page (on the left top it the
link "english") with an vote-formular on bottom.
So I think, if you want, you can vote ;))
