Yeah, you have two choices, either you subscribe to notifications of all
packages through the team of tracker.debian.org or you pick the packages
that you want to follow and you subscribe to individual packages. In both
cases, we use the package tracker.

But there aren't so many bugs in all our packages so the traffic is
reasonable even when you subscribe to the full team.
