I agree. I went ahead and started a draft of a team policy including this as the Maintainer address [1]. It's just a fork of the Debian Science policy and still needs a lot of work. The source is at [2]. Please feel free to suggest/make changes!I also created a wiki page here[3] Feel free to edit this as needed. I somewhat agree with Ole on the policy thingy, maybe this is just extra work. So for now, on the wiki I simply stated that we adopt the policy of science team.
