I think Jonathon was refering to ftpmaster request to document the
binary data files that can be frequently found in R packages should be
documented in README.source.  I admit that I also assume that nobody
else than ftpmaster will check this file - but we need to convince
ftpmaster somehow that these data files are DFSG free.
